You also play a role: keep your phbida login credentials confidential, enable two-factor authentication on your account, and log out from shared devices. phbida staff will never ask for your password by any channel.
9.1 The phbida platform is intended exclusively for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. phbida does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
9.2 Where phbida discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, such data will be deleted immediately and the associated account suspended permanently.

10.1 phbida's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines or in jurisdictions that provide an adequate level of data protection.
