1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and phbida ("phbida," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phbida.vu and its associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.

1.2 By accessing the phbida platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.3 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations between you and phbida concerning the subject matter herein, whether written or oral.

2. Eligibility

2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must not access or use phbida if online gaming is prohibited in the territory from which you are connecting.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a phbida account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have been placed on phbida's self-exclusion register; (c) persons who have been excluded from licensed gaming venues under any applicable regulatory exclusion order; (d) employees of phbida and their immediate family members; (e) individuals using automated, robotic, or scripted account management tools.

2.4 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one registered phbida account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts and permanent suspension.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access real-money gaming on phbida, you must complete the account registration process, providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. phbida is required to verify the identity of all members prior to permitting withdrawals and, in some cases, prior to the processing of deposits exceeding certain thresholds. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds documentation.

3.3 You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbida login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify phbida immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. phbida will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have disclosed your credentials to a third party or failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phbida accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Accepted methods are subject to change and current options are displayed on the deposit page within your phbida account dashboard.

4.2 Currency. All phbida accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Amounts displayed and transacted on the platform are in PHP unless otherwise specified.

4.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. As a general minimum, standard phbida accounts require a deposit of ₱100 to access real-money gaming.

4.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time. Bank transfers may take 1–3 banking hours depending on the originating bank and time of day.

4.5 Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. phbida does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, less any applicable processing fees, and the transaction flagged for investigation.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are only permitted to verified phbida accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the most recent deposit.

5.2 Processing Times. phbida aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. For verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya, funds typically settle within 15 minutes of processing approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification. phbida may require additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or where account activity triggers enhanced due diligence requirements. phbida will communicate any verification requirements to the Member via registered email within a reasonable time.

5.5 Right to Withhold. phbida reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an investigation. phbida will notify the affected Member of any such hold within 48 hours of its imposition, subject to legal constraints on such disclosure.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 phbida offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentive programs to eligible members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed at the point of claiming and within the Promotions section of your phbida account.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your phbida account are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying game categories, minimum bet restrictions, and expiry timeframe are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. Behaviors constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting technical errors, coordinating wagers with other accounts to minimize risk, or placing bets that systematically exploit promotional terms — are prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of bonus balances and associated winnings, together with account suspension.

6.4 phbida reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, the rights of Members who have already validly claimed the promotion will not be affected retrospectively.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 All games available on the phbida platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's in-interface rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict relates to a game-specific payout structure, in which case the game-specific rules apply.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure affecting a game in progress, phbida reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable stake to the Member's account. No compensation beyond the return of the wagered stake will be payable in such circumstances.

7.3 Disconnection. phbida is not responsible for losses arising from the Member's internet connection being disrupted during a game session. Where possible, phbida's platform maintains game state server-side and will restore the Member's session upon reconnection.

7.4 Live Casino. All live dealer games offered through phbida Casino are operated by certified third-party studio providers. The integrity of live game results is governed by the applicable studio provider's certification and the physical randomness of real dealing equipment. phbida has no influence over live game outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phbida platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one phbida account;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using phbida for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate any part of the phbida platform;
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phbida staff or other Members via any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 phbida reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, including without limitation in circumstances involving: breach of these Terms; provision of false information; suspected fraudulent activity; court or regulatory order; or the Member's request for self-exclusion.

9.2 Where phbida terminates a Member's account for reasons other than breach of these Terms by the Member, the Member's verified account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via their last-used verified payment method within 10 business days.

9.3 Where phbida terminates a Member's account due to a material breach of these Terms, phbida reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the breach.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 phbida is committed to responsible gaming. All phbida members must be 21 years of age or older. phbida provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your phbida account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). Account access cannot be restored before the cool-off period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely restrict access to your phbida account. Self-exclusion is binding from the moment of activation and cannot be reversed during the elected period under any circumstances.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the phbida platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game interfaces, trademarks, and logos — is the property of phbida or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phbida platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to download, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any phbida content.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phbida's total liability to any Member for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 phbida shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the phbida platform, even if phbida has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phbida's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation would be unlawful under applicable Philippine law.

13. Disputes

13.1 If you wish to dispute a game outcome, transaction, or any other aspect of phbida's services, you must contact phbida's support team within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

13.2 phbida will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within 48 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. Where a dispute requires third-party investigation (for example, involving a certified game provider), resolution may take up to 30 business days.

13.3 These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Subject to the internal dispute resolution process above, the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 phbida reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via registered email and/or a prominent notice on the phbida platform at least 7 days before they take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the phbida platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
